# Create a Profile Stamp

> Adding an organisational stamp to your profile.

Stamp is an image that can be saved on your profile for quick retrieval during document approval:

## How to add a stamp to your profile

1. Open your profile settings

2. Navigate to the 'Stamps' section, then press **Upload**

3. Use the Corners of the selector to crop the stamp appropriately

4. When you are satisfied with the selection, press **[Crop]**

5. Press **[Save]** to store your stamp
